SPINA-BAC^®  is very useful when traveling by car, airplane or train to give yourself the proper lumbar support for your spine.

Adjustable in six different positions using the patented regulator axle.

• Unzip some inches on each side of your SPINA-BAC^®. Turn the regulator axle 90-degrees using both hands. The
  axle will then stand with the high side vertical to the plastic baseplate. Check that the cylindrical part of the axle is placed in the middle notch on each side of the baseplate.
   
• Place your SPINA-BAC^® in a chair and sit down with your back firmly against It and feel If you are sitting comfortably.
   
• If you feel that you need to adjust SPINA-BAC^® to better suit your own individual BACK-CURVE do the following: Move the regulator axle up- or downwards and place It In one of the other two notches on the side of the baseplate. By doing so you move the highest point of the S-Curve higher up or lower down on your SPINA-BAC^®.
  If you find the S-curve too deep to be comfortable just turn the regulator axle down parallel to the baseplate and your SPINA-BAC^® will be more flat.
   
• When your SPINA-BAC^® Is comfortably adjusted to your own back-curve, use It whenever you sit but make sure that you always keep it tight against your back.
  
  By doing so you can relax - HALF-LYING - IN A CHAIR WITH FULL SUPPORT TO YOUR BACK.
